Education Archival Video Requests

Educators should submit requests no later than 7-14 business days before the proposed day of viewing. Requests made within 7-14 days of the educator’s desired viewing date will be considered but are not guaranteed. $100 per class use, per production requested. This grants the educator access to the archival video link for 5 business days.

$100 per class use, per production requested. This grants the educator access to the archival video link for 5 business days. An additional $25 per week will be invoiced if the link is needed for longer than 5 business days. The cost is per week; daily rates are not available. Links will not be sent until payment is received.

Payment Details

Educators will be required to provide The Huntington with a copy of any materials (lesson plan, syllabus, etc.) that prove the archival video will be used for educational purposes only. Once payment and required documents are received by The Huntington, the archival video will be delivered to the educator via email. The video link will be password protected and will have an expiration date specified in the email. Archival video links and the access password are not allowed to be shared with anyone else and may not be linked to an online course syllabus or web page. Viewing must happen in a class setting and within the listed dates at time of purchase. If there are other educators at the school/institution who are interested in using the link in their classroom, they must submit their own request.
