Lyndsay Allyn Cox

Lyndsay Allyn Cox is an award-winning producer and director in her second season at The Huntington. Previously, she was Senior Director of Programs and Experiences at Boston Center for the Arts, where she launched the Launchpad and ACTivate residencies and produced #hellablackPush Project, and Run of the Mills, uplifting underrepresented voices and experimental performance.


Lyndsay Allyn Cox is an award-winning producer and director in her second season at The Huntington. Previously, she was Senior Director of Programs and Experiences at Boston Center for the Arts, where she launched the Launchpad and ACTivate residencies and produced #hellablackPush Project, and Run of the Mills, uplifting underrepresented voices and experimental performance. As a director, she’s worked with several theatres including Central Square Theater, Gloucester Stage, and The Front Porch Arts Collective, where her Chicken and Biscuits won the Elliot Norton Award for Outstanding Play. She was twice nominated for Outstanding Direction, winning for Tiny Beautiful Things at Gloucester Stage. As an actor, she has appeared at The Huntington (Common Ground: RevisitedOur Daughters, Like PillarsWitch), Geva Theatre, Lyric Stage,  SpeakEasy Stage and others. She was named to WBUR’s inaugural ARTery 25.
