The Huntington Hosts Boston Lindy Hop for the “Back Bay Shuffle” – a one-of-a-kind Lindy Hop dance event in The Huntington’s 1925 Maso Studio ballroom, featuring a fun beginner lesson led by BLH instructors followed by social dancing to music spun by the best jazz DJs in town.

Get ready to swing out at the “Back Bay Shuffle.” For the first time ever, The Huntington teams up with Boston Lindy Hop to bring you a night of social swing dancing. Come stomp at the Maso Studio, The Huntington’s 1925 ballroom at 264 Huntington Ave. The night will kick off with a beginner lesson taught by BLH’s top-notch instructors – new and seasoned dancers are welcome to come and refresh their steps or learn something new (7:30-8:30pm). Then at 8:30pm, the dance floor will come alive for a social dance event that’s sure to knock your socks off. And best of all, we’ve got it all to keep you cool and cruisin’ all night long: tasty food and drink concessions, tons of cold water, powerful A/C blowing sweet relief, and an accessible entrance so everyone can join the jive. This is one shindig you don’t want to miss!
